Committee

Justin  Booth

Justin Booth is an avid bass angler from South Africa, smallmouth fisheries are new to my style as  South Africa has predominantly largemouth fisheries. Competed on the Vancouver Island CBFL  for two years and was extremely fortunate to win the boater series two years running.  My passion is to grow the sport in Western Canada. I have some incredible sponsors in the form of ABW - American Baitworks https://americanbaitworks.com/

and Ina Marine https://www.inamarine.ca/

Erick Pay

Erick Pay is a prairie boy who grew up depopulating local lakes of their walleye and lake trout populations. His transplant to the west coast is fully underway with his increasing time on the local fresh and saltwater bodies of water. You’ll see him launching his Whaler, “Full Circle” at Elk, Prospect and Shawnigan lakes, and various saltwater launches around Victoria, Sidney and Sooke.

Dean Rudolph

Learned how to fish targeting trout in streams and lakes growing up in NS. After living on Vancouver island for a while and deciding to get back into fishing I discovered bass fishing was very good here and decided to make it my target species in spring 2019. From there the passion grew quickly and found my self searching for a tournament angling scene where I volunteered as a committee member with CBFL and now with WFL, and as an angler in KBC (kayak bass Canada) Tournament highlights: 2020 Westwood lake 1st place, 2022 Langford lake 1st place, 2021 Kayak championship 3rd, 2022 KBC angler of the year runner up, 2023 KBF national championship qualifier. Boat/kayak: Hobie passport 12 (tan)
